The aroma-herbal bath is a variation of the steam bath, but with a lower temperature – 35°-40°C and air humidity between 50 – 60%, which makes it very suitable for people who cannot withstand high temperatures. A selected mix of herbs is used, which are placed in the four trays above the stove, through which steam and heat pass, thus releasing the beneficial substances contained in them.

Each client will enjoy natural inhalation of dry herbs. The body warms up gradually in an ideal bio climate, which has a beneficial effect on the nervous and circulatory systems, stimulates the cleansing of the skin, respiratory tract and helps remove toxins. Staying in the herbal bath eliminates the accumulated stress of everyday life and leaves a feeling of relaxation and pleasant aromatic sensations.

The recommended stay time is 20 -30 min. with several breaks between entries.
