The mineral water of Kranevo is renowned beyond the borders of Bulgaria, and its beneficial and healing properties have been known for thousands of years.<\/div>\nIn the pools of the **Therma Palace Balneohotel**, mineral water will be used from a deposit located near the **Baltata Reserve**. The springs have a high flow rate, and their optimal temperature allows the use of **100% mineral water** for therapeutic treatments without the need to dilute it with cold water. Often, mineral water with a higher temperature is mixed with cold water \u2014 which is usually not mineral \u2014 to reach a comfortable temperature range. This process reduces the healing properties of the mineral water itself.\n\nThe mineral water comes from a depth of **700 meters**, ensuring its purity. It has a distinctly **anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effect**, improves metabolism, and is suitable for treating **back and spinal pain**.\n

<\/div>\n
The mineral water from Borehole No. 8, Kranevo village, \u201cDolinata\u201d area, Balchik Municipality, Dobrich Region<\/strong>, is characterized as **hypothermal \u2013 23.9\u00b0C**, **mineralized**, with a total mineralization of **667.2 mg\/l**.\nIt is **hydrocarbonate-chloride**, **sodium-calcium-magnesium** in composition, and shows **no sanitary or chemical signs of contamination**, according to Protocol No. 196\/11.10.2013 issued by the Specialized Laboratory for Mineral Water Analysis.<\/div>\n
The results from the microbiological analysis (Protocol No. 214\/13.10.2013, Specialized Laboratory for Mineral Water Analysis) are within the normal limits for mineral waters.\nAccording to Test Report 01-1584\/25.12.2013 from the Central Laboratory-01 of the Executive Environment Agency (EEA) under the Ministry of Environment and Water, the radiological parameters meet the requirements set out in:\n– **Ordinance No. 14** on resort resources, resort areas, and resorts (SG No. 79\/1987, last amendment SG No. 70\/2004)\n– and **Ordinance No. 1** on the study, use, and protection of groundwater (SG No. 87\/2007, last amendment SG No. 15\/2012).<\/div>\n
The **healing and prophylactic properties** of the mineral water from Borehole No. 8, Kranevo village, \u201cDolinata\u201d area, Balchik Municipality, Dobrich Region, are determined by its mineralization and the presence of **hydrocarbonate, chloride, sodium, calcium, and magnesium ions**, as well as **metasilicic acid** in colloidal form.<\/div>\n
Based on the physico-chemical analysis and clinical-experimental studies of similar mineral waters, we conclude that the water from Borehole No. 8, Kranevo village, \u201cDolinata\u201d area, Balchik Municipality, Dobrich Region, is **RECOMMENDED** for:<\/div>\n
