Meal Plan Types
- BB – bed and breakfast; hot beverages and table water.
- HB+ – breakfast and dinner (international cuisine); Bulgarian wine and beer, soft drinks and juices, table water during dinner.
- All Inclusive – breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner (international cuisine); Bulgarian alcoholic drinks, wine and beer, soft drinks, juices and table water.
Extra Charge Policy
- Children up to 2 years – free of charge.
- One adult with one child 2–11.99 y. – 100% of the double-room price.
- One adult with two children 2–11.99 y. – both children pay 50% of the adult price.
- Two adults with one child up to 11.99 y. – child stays free of charge.
- *Two adults with two children up to 13.99 y. – each child pays 50% of the adult price in a standard double room with bunk bed – 2+2.
- Adult on an extra bed – 80% of the price for an adult on a regular bed.
- SGL – double room for single use – 20% discount from the double-room price.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Deposit payment: 50% of the total reservation amount within 20 days of the booking date by credit card, bank transfer or in cash at reception.
- The remaining 50% of the total amount is payable at reception by 10.12.2025.
- Free cancellation within 20 days after the reservation confirmation is sent.
- For cancellations after this period, prepaid amounts are non-refundable.
- In case of shortening the stay, a penalty of at least 1 night will be charged.

The hotel reserves the right to make changes to the festive packages.

• Accommodation with pets is allowed – 50 BGN / 25.56 € per day.
• In accordance with the Law on Limiting Cash Payments, on the territory of the Therma Village complex, cash payments must not exceed 10,000 BGN / 5,112.92 € or their equivalent in foreign currency.
